Before you send it

What we look at

How the rent will be covered — the one answer we read first
Your move-in date, and how flexible it is
Which room type, and whether a different one would do
Whether you are applying alongside someone you want to live with

What happens next

We come back within a working day, usually sooner. If we can offer the room, you get a 9-month lease to sign electronically and one security deposit to pay. Nothing else is due before you move in.

Not in Canada yet?

Most of the building is not, in August. Apply from wherever you are, sign electronically, and arrive to a furnished room with the utilities already on.
