The only rooms on this site with their own outdoor space. There are five of them.
A full-height sliding door opens onto your own stretch of the balcony that runs the floor. From May to September that is an extra room; in January it is a window you can stand at, which in Edmonton is not nothing.
Everything else matches the Flex Plus in this building — same shelving, same desk, same suite behind the door. The balcony is the difference, and five dollars a week is what it costs.
